A rock, shingle and coarse sand beach backed by cliffs. It is situated on the east side of Plymouth Sound and the cliffs above offer spectacular views of the surrounding area. The beach is a 5 minute walk down from the large public car park above it, where toilet facilities are also available. There is a cafe just across from the car park.
